We believe that nutrition is crucial to health and performance. Whether you need to establish a lifelong approach to nutrition, improve your performance, make changes to body composition, or need assistance with specific diets, we are here to guide and support you on your journey through personalized nutrition coaching. We focus on commitment, consistency, and support while providing the tools required for each athlete to meet their unique goals within their lifestyle.

Nutrition

To Perform your best you must be filling your tank with quality fuel.

There are many ideas surrounding what is believed to be an ideal diet, but there is not a one size fits all solution. Nutrition is personal & individual. What works for one person may not work for the next. There are some key points that all healthy diets contain. Our basic nutrition advice is “Eat Real Food”.

How do you do that?

You can achieve better health by eating the way food was meant to be consumed… in it’s natural, unaltered state.
Real food grows in the wild – the way nature intended. “Food-stuffs” are man-made creations that may resemble food, but are truly not. You will want to drop that from your diet.
If you can’t hunt or gather it in the wild, it’s not something you should be eating. (You won’t find a burrito growing from a tree)Real food is anything that was once alive. We will be avoiding anything processed that was designed in a lab.

Most people are nutrient deficient in more ways than one. By choosing nutrient dense foods, we can help to eliminate those deficiencies and help bring our bodies back to homeostasis. This will ensure we are eating the right types of foods for sustained health and longevity.
